After completing a health intake form, we will review it together to determine your session goals. A variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, trigger point, myofascial release,stretching, sports massage, and/or relaxation, may be incorporated into your session. This is your time to care for your body.
I am available for home or office parties and sporting events for an additional charge.

Office Policies
24-hour notice is required when canceling an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hour notice, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment.
No-shows will be charged for their missed appointment.
Arriving late will shorten your session length; please be on time. Regardless of the length of the actual session, you will be responsible for the full scheduled session.
